Our Expectations of Our Wholesale Partners

At True Products, we take pride in the quality of our products and the reputation we’ve built over the years. Our wholesale partners play a vital role in upholding that reputation. By partnering with us, we ask that you commit to the standards outlined below.

We carefully select our wholesale partners and expect all retailers and resellers to abide by the following principles:

1. Do Not Undercut Our Retail Pricing

We invest significant time and resources into building our brand and protecting its value. We expect our partners to respect our retail pricing structure and not undercut our established pricing online or in-store. This helps ensure fairness across our network and protects the integrity of our brand.

2. No Debranding or Rebranding

Our brand is our promise of quality and consistency. Products must not be debranded, rebranded, repurposed, or altered in any way that changes their identity. All products should be sold as True Products, in their original form and packaging unless agreed otherwise in writing.

3. Conduct Business with Integrity and Respect

We expect all partners to conduct themselves professionally, honestly, and respectfully in all interactions. This includes how you represent True Products, how you communicate with customers, and how you deal with our team. We want our products associated with businesses that reflect the same standards we hold ourselves to.

4. Deliver Exceptional Customer Service

Your customers are a reflection of our brand. We expect you to provide a high level of customer service before and after the sale : responding promptly, being knowledgeable about the products, and handling customer concerns with care and professionalism.

5. Meet High Standards After the Sale

We expect our partners to stand behind the products they sell. Warranty claims, returns, and customer issues should be handled fairly, promptly, and in a way that reflects well on both your business and ours. Your after-sales support matters just as much as the initial sale.
